Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before entering the JHEEZ NYFW 2027 Prize Draw. By entering the promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. THE PRIZE

One eligible winner will receive an Ultimate JHEEZ New York Fashion Week Experience for Two, with an approximate total value of £5,000.

The prize consists of:

Flights

• Return economy-class flights for two people.
• Flights will depart from London Heathrow and travel to New York.
• Baggage is included.

Accommodation

• Five nights' accommodation in New York.
• Standard hotel room in Midtown Manhattan.
• The room will be shared by the winner and their selected guest.
• The hotel will be confirmed by Jheez Ltd closer to the travel dates.

New York Fashion Week

• Two tickets to the JHEEZ New York Fashion Week show, scheduled for September 2027.

Spending money

• £1,000 spending money, paid to the winner by bank transfer before travel.

Airport transfers

• Airport transfers associated with the prize are included.

Travel insurance

• Travel insurance is not included.
• The winner and guest are responsible for arranging their own appropriate travel insurance.

The trip will take place around the JHEEZ New York Fashion Week show in September 2027. The dates will be fixed by Jheez Ltd and are not selected by the winner.

3. IF THE JHEEZ SHOW CANNOT TAKE PLACE

If the JHEEZ New York Fashion Week show does not take place for any reason, this will not automatically cancel the prize.

Where reasonably possible, Jheez Ltd will preserve the New York Fashion Week experience by arranging for the winner and guest to attend another designer's New York Fashion Week show taking place during the same period.

The alternative show, venue and designer will be subject to availability and may differ from the original JHEEZ show.

4. ELIGIBILITY

The Prize Draw is open internationally, including entrants located in the United States.

Entrants must meet the minimum legal age applicable to participation in the relevant jurisdiction.

The winner and their selected guest must both:

• Hold valid passports;
• Be legally permitted to travel internationally;
• Be legally permitted to enter the United States;
• Meet all applicable US immigration and entry requirements; and
• Where applicable, be eligible for travel under the US Visa Waiver Program and ESTA.

At least one of the winner and their guest must be aged 21 or over at the time of travel.

The winner may select their own guest, provided that the guest meets the applicable eligibility and travel requirements.

Employees, contractors, family members and other persons connected with Jheez Ltd are permitted to enter.

5. HOW TO ENTER

There are two entry routes.

5.1 Purchase Entry

Participants may obtain entries by purchasing qualifying JHEEZ products through jheez.com.

The entry allocation is:

Each qualifying purchase automatically generates the applicable number of entries.

Participants may purchase multiple qualifying products, subject to a maximum of 10 qualifying products per person.

Entries are associated with the purchaser's name and email address.

5.2 Free Entry Route

A free entry route is available.

To enter without making a purchase, participants must:

1. Follow @mrjheezofficial on Instagram;
2. Follow @Jheezofficial_ on Instagram; and
3. Send a direct message to @Jheezofficial_ containing:
   • Their full name;
   • Their email address; and
   • The words “JHEEZ NYFW GIVEAWAY”.

The free-entry route is subject to verification.

All valid entries, whether received through the purchase entry route or free entry route, will be entered into the same random draw.

6. ENTRY PERIOD

The Prize Draw opens on:

5 October 2026

The closing date is:

11:59pm BST on 1 August 2027

No entries will be accepted after the closing time.

The closing date will not be extended.

7. EXCLUSIVE JHEEZ PRODUCTS

Every qualifying purchase will include an exclusive JHEEZ design corresponding to the product purchased.

The designs are:

• Exclusive JHEEZ T-shirt;
• Exclusive JHEEZ Hoodie; or
• Exclusive JHEEZ Tracksuit.

These designs are created specifically for the Prize Draw and will not form part of the main JHEEZ collection.

Products are available in sizes:

XXS – XXXL

Products will be made to order.

If a requested size is temporarily unavailable, Jheez Ltd will arrange for the relevant product to be made to order.

Products will be dispatched on a monthly basis.

For example, an order placed on 1 January would ordinarily be dispatched around 1 February.

Postage and delivery charges are not included in the purchase price and will be calculated separately at checkout.

International delivery is available.

The exclusive product is separate from the NYFW prize and does not affect the winner's eligibility for the main prize.

8. DRAWING THE WINNER

The Prize Draw will take place on:

4 August 2027

All valid entries will be included in a random selection process.

The draw will be facilitated by Jashaan Gill, Creative Director of Jheez Ltd.

A random online number/order generator will be used to select the winner.

Where possible, only relevant order numbers or entry identifiers will be entered into the randomisation system. Personal information such as names and email addresses will not be uploaded to the randomisation system.

9. RESERVE WINNERS

Two reserve winners will be selected at the same time as the main winner.

They will be ranked:

1. Reserve Winner 1
2. Reserve Winner 2

If the main winner:

• Does not respond within the required period;
• Declines the prize;
• Is found to be ineligible; or
• Cannot legally travel to the United States,

Jheez Ltd will contact the first reserve winner.

If the first reserve winner is unable to accept the prize, the second reserve winner will be contacted.

10. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The selected winner will be contacted using the contact details associated with their valid entry.

The winner will have three days from the date of notification to respond.

The winner may be required to provide reasonable evidence confirming their identity, age, eligibility and ability to travel.

If the winner does not respond within three days, Jheez Ltd reserves the right to offer the prize to the first reserve winner.

11. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

The winner and guest are responsible for ensuring that they have all documents required for international travel.

Both travellers must have a valid passport.

Both travellers must be legally permitted to enter the United States.

Where applicable, both travellers must be eligible for and obtain the necessary ESTA travel authorisation.

Jheez Ltd will cover the cost of ESTA applications for the winner and guest.

Any other visa, immigration, documentation or travel-related fees will be the responsibility of the winner unless expressly stated otherwise.

Jheez Ltd cannot guarantee entry into the United States. Entry decisions are made by the relevant US authorities.

If the winner or guest cannot obtain the necessary travel authorisation or is otherwise unable to legally travel to the United States, Jheez Ltd may deem the winner ineligible and contact a reserve winner.

12. NO CASH ALTERNATIVE

The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

The winner cannot exchange the prize for cash or request a monetary alternative.

Jheez Ltd reserves the right to provide a reasonable alternative where circumstances outside its reasonable control make an element of the advertised prize unavailable.

Any alternative will, where reasonably possible, be of comparable nature and value.

13. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If a qualifying order is cancelled, all entries associated with that order will be cancelled.

If a qualifying product is returned, an exchange will be offered in accordance with the JHEEZ returns policy.

If a qualifying purchase is refunded, any entries associated with that purchase will become invalid.

Entries associated with fraudulent transactions, chargebacks or other invalid transactions will be cancelled.

Jheez Ltd reserves the right to remove or invalidate entries where the underlying transaction is found to be invalid, fraudulent or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

14. DISQUALIFICATION

Jheez Ltd reserves the right to disqualify an entrant or invalidate entries where it reasonably believes that the entrant has:

• Provided false or misleading information;
• Attempted to enter using multiple identities;
• Exceeded the permitted maximum of 10 qualifying product purchases;
• Used automated systems, bots or other technical methods to manipulate entries;
• Attempted to manipulate or interfere with the draw;
• Submitted fraudulent entries;
• Used fraudulent payment methods;
• Initiated a chargeback in relation to a qualifying purchase;
• Breached these Terms & Conditions; or
• Acted in a manner intended to unfairly influence the outcome of the Prize Draw.

Jheez Ltd's decision in relation to eligibility and disqualification will be final, subject to applicable law.

15. CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

The closing date and draw date will not be extended or changed.

Jheez Ltd may only cancel the promotion in exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control, including circumstances in which Jheez Ltd becomes insolvent, enters bankruptcy or ceases trading.

Where cancellation occurs, Jheez Ltd will comply with applicable consumer law.

Jheez Ltd may substitute an element of the prize where circumstances outside its reasonable control make the original arrangement unavailable.

Where possible, Jheez Ltd will preserve the overall nature and value of the NYFW experience.

For example, if the JHEEZ New York Fashion Week show cannot take place, the winner may still receive the New York Fashion Week experience and attend another designer's NYFW show during the same period, subject to availability.

16. WINNER PUBLICITY

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Jheez Ltd may:

• Announce their name as the winner;
• Photograph or film the winner and their guest during the prize experience;
• Use photographs and video featuring the winner;
• Feature the winner's story and experience; and
• Use this material across JHEEZ's website, social media, PR, marketing, editorial and promotional channels.

The winner's social media handle may be published where appropriate.

Jheez Ltd will handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

17. DATA PROTECTION

Jheez Ltd will collect and process entrant information for the purposes of:

• Processing and fulfilling qualifying product orders;
• Recording and administering entries;
• Administering the Prize Draw;
• Contacting entrants where necessary;
• Contacting and verifying the winner and reserve winners;
• Arranging the prize and associated travel;
• Customer service and administration;
• Meeting legal, regulatory and accounting obligations; and
• Marketing communications where the entrant has separately provided appropriate consent.

Entering the Prize Draw does not automatically subscribe an entrant to JHEEZ marketing communications.

18. LIABILITY

Jheez Ltd will take reasonable steps to administer the Prize Draw fairly and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Jheez Ltd will not be responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Flight cancellations or delays;
• Airport disruption;
• Changes to NYFW schedules;
• Hotel availability;
• Government restrictions;
• Immigration or border-control decisions;
• Acts of God;
• Natural disasters;
• Serious public emergencies; or
• Other circumstances beyond Jheez Ltd's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

19. SOCIAL MEDIA

The Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

Instagram is not responsible for the administration of the promotion.

Participants release Instagram from responsibility in connection with the Prize Draw to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. GENERAL

Jheez Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and request reasonable evidence to support their eligibility.

Jheez Ltd may retain records relating to the Prize Draw for as long as reasonably necessary for administration, legal, regulatory, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with any specific information displayed on the Prize Draw page.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction in relation to disputes arising from or connected with the Prize Draw, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
